1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Handmade and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If so, the estimated dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the respective product page.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and your location.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailable

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Festival seasons
  • Courier partner delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Unexpected operational issues

Indian Craft is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers; however, we will always assist you in tracking your shipment.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Record a complete unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
  • Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate when placing your order.

Indian Craft is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.


9. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.


10. Lost Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours.

Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide the best possible resolution.
