Refund policy
At Indian Craft, every product is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. As most of our products are handmade and crafted with great attention to detail, we follow a transparent and customer-friendly Exchange & Return Policy.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
As our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Submit a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish.
Please Note: Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
2. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Every Indian Craft creation is individually handcrafted.
Because of this, slight variations in:
- Color
- Size
- Knot patterns
- Weaving
- Bead placement
- Natural materials
- Feather arrangement
- Wood textures
are completely normal and make each piece unique.
These natural variations are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.
Replacement requests are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are approved only in cases where:
- A replacement is unavailable, or
- We are unable to fulfill your replacement request.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. SHIPPING CHARGES (REPLACEMENTS)
For approved damaged or incorrect product claims:
- Indian Craft will bear the replacement shipping cost.
For any customer-requested exchanges (where applicable):
- Shipping charges for pickup and re-delivery may apply.
- Charges vary depending on your location.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To initiate a request, please contact us with:
- Your Order ID
- Product photographs
- Complete unboxing video
- Brief description of the issue

After verification:
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Once approved, replacement instructions will be shared.
- The complete process usually takes 7–10 working days.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
- Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, self-shipping will be required.
- Indian Craft reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy requirements.
